Total Accessibility is a private web development and consulting firm dedicated to the promotion of accessible and usable web content. We offer services ranging from web site and application development to custom training and consulting. Total Accessibility is the brainchild of Andrew Pearce, developer and educator, who has been working with web technologies for over 15 years.
In addition to a wide range of dynamic web development services, I also offer services as a teacher and educator, specializing in instructing the latest web technologies. I have taught for numerous private and public academic institutions over the last 10 years and am currently an adjunct faculty member for the University of Phoenix, among others. I have developed many courses, including online web-based instruction, in a variety of formats.
Finally, I offer extensive consulting in Web Accessibility Compliance and Usability. As a former attorney, I am well-versed in the field of technology compliance to Federal and local legislation relating to accessibility, such as Section 508 of the Rehabilitation act and the Americans with Disabilities act. I believe that all web content can and most importantly, should be accessible to everyone, regardless of ability. This can be achieved through smart, knowledgable web design, and often does not require extensive renovation of existing web content.
